 Provide the Three Guarantees Services of repair, replacement and refund as per limit of 1 year or 50000 km.
- During the period of Three Guarantees, we offer free seat parts repair and technical support for customers or OEM’s after-sale service stations(except for exceptional circumstances)
- After the period of Three Guarantees, we only charge the cost of seat parts.
- We will give our feedback within 24 hours upon your service request. If on-site services needed, we will send our technicians to solve your problems (within 24 hours inside province, and 60 hours outside province).
